Two leaders. One mission. Delivering Technology excellence from two continents.
Born in Kampala Uganda, based in Switzerland, Frost oversees the strategic direction, business operations, and client engagement for Frost & Calvin Systems. He manages project planning, infrastructure investment, and organisational coordination — ensuring every project aligns with long-term vision and value. He is also a Medical Health Assistant by training, with a background in healthcare support. He studied Computer Science at Cavendish University in Uganda and Full Stack Web Application Development at HiCoders in Switzerland.

Calvin leads the technical direction of the company. With deep expertise in software engineering, he is responsible for system architecture, development processes, code quality, and technical decision-making — ensuring every solution is built with robustness, efficiency, and industry best practices. He studied Computer Science in Uganda and has over 10 years of experience in software development, including roles at leading Statistical Institutes in Uganda before co-founding Frost & Calvin.
